Kayla Blasi is the Dean of Campus at Great Hearts Christos Evident Life Campus. Before taking this new role, Kayla was a teacher and leader in the Great Hearts network for eight years. In her years working at Great Hearts, she discovered and developed her love for classical education and the wisdom that it holds.
Kayla lived overseas in Ivory Coast and Morocco for much of her early life. From that young age, Kayla chose to follow Christ. Her childhood was rich with travel and cultural experiences, which she credits for building in her a strong sense of purpose and a deep love for people. In 2014, she moved to the United States and completed her degree in Early Childhood Education from the Christian University, Letourneau, in Texas. She is passionate about educational excellence and while teaching she continued her leadership development at the National Academy of Advanced Teacher Education.
Kayla has been married to her best friend for three years, who she coincidentally met at Great Hearts. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, traveling, photography, and going to sports games with her husband.
